I have enjoyed this store for years! The employees are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. I had my wedding cake knife’s engraved here. My favorite piece of jewelry is a rose gold diamond necklace that my husband bought me. Unfortunately it did break in one spot but Windham Jewelers was on it! They fixed it and shipped it to my house in under a two week turn around. Thank you and you have a customer for life here.

Outstanding customer service! Monique was incredible! I felt so comfortable leaving my family heirloom to be remounted with them! They communicated every step of the way and we will be back for our wedding bands! Highly recommend!

They were very helpful and friendly. They do not do watch repair, they do battery replacemt and gave me the names of a few places were I could have my mothers watch repaired. I did have 3 other watches batteries replaced. The jewlery there is gorgeous 😍. All different price ranges. They also do custom work. Im putting a pin in that, I have some ideas 🙄. I will absolutely go back there. Give me a family owned business any day over corporate owned mega stores.

My wife and I got recommended to Windham Jewlers, we had a engagement ring handed down from my grand parents that was made in 1910. It had started to deteriorating do to age and wear. They rebuilt the ring and reset the diamond. My wife and I are absolutely impressed with the professional and quality of the workmanship. Absolutely recommend them for any and all your jewlry needs top shelf people and knowledge.

The absolute best! Wanted to get my wife a new diamond after 15 years of marriage. But she wanted a very specific cut, and band. The great crew at Windham Jewelers were so patient with me and delivered EXACTLY what i wanted. They did It much faster than I had anticipated also! 10 stars. So no hesitate to go there for any of your jewelry needs. You’re also supporting a local small business and you’re treated like family here. So happy with every part of the process.
